A practical checklist before launching a bilingual website

An effective launch checks the whole customer journey, including the small steps after someone clicks Contact.

Review content in both languages

Check meaning, dates, phone numbers, legal details and page relationships. Arabic needs its own layout review; changing text direction alone is not enough.

Test real customer tasks

Try finding a service, viewing a project and submitting an enquiry on a phone. Check success and failure states, keyboard access and every contact link.

Protect existing search journeys

Inventory old URLs and prepare relevant redirects. Review titles, descriptions, canonical links, language alternatives and your sitemap.

Agree ownership after launch

Confirm access to the domain, hosting, source code and measurement tools. Define who receives enquiries and who handles content updates, incidents and backups.
